I finally ate at one of those lunch carts on 9th street, and had a giant plate (well, take-out box) of amazingly delicious pad thai. Completely satisfied all my hopes and expectations for lunch-cart eating. I'll have to go back and try the fried rice. Mmm.
Sometimes those little lunch carts have the best food around!
